This week I have been busy making some preserves that you will find for sale on my stalls starting from October.
From the bottom clockwise: Pickled Aubergines, Peppers Antipasto, Giardiniera
These are some of the Antipasti for which Piedmont is famous for. The aubergines are marinated with chillies and garlic, the Giardiniera is a mix of different vegetables in a pickled tomato sauce and the Peppers Antipasto is made of pickled peppers stuffed with anchovies and preserved with capers and black olives.

All looks delicious Laura, see you at at fair - need to stock up on your great shortbread (best in the Highlands I say!)
And for anyone interested Laura's sticky toffee pudding is to die for!
